Below you can view a pdf form of the contract and terms and conditions for Micki Kippelen Wedding Photography. By submitting your reservation request you are hereby agreeing to the terms and conditions listed in the contract.
Don't worry - there's no fine print - it's very straightforward. I want this to go smoothly just as much as you do! It's your big day after all! Please download a copy for your personal records.
WEDDING RESERVATION REQUEST:
I'm thrilled to see you are interested in reserving a date for me to photograph your wedding or other event. With this form it's never been easier! Simply fill out the form below - and don't forget to check out the contract terms and conditions. It's important that we are both on the same page about what is to be expected during one of our events together!
Then - after reading the contract and agreeing to the terms - simply submit you non-refundable retainer of $500 via the PayPal link below and you will officially be on the books!
If you need to pay by check, contact me via email and once I receive payment then your date will be reserved!
